Courier delivery within New Zealand
We offer courier delivery only. Collection is not available. Orders are supplied by Switched On IT Limited and shipped directly from our supplier, Dove, to your delivery address. We remain your contact for the order and any delivery problems.
Delivery charges
All amounts below are in New Zealand dollars and include 15% GST. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Rural prices include an $11.50 surcharge. Please select the rural delivery option if your address is classed as rural. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering. If the selected option does not match your address, we will contact you to agree any correction before dispatch.
For the Chatham Islands, including postcode 8942, please contact us for a delivery quote before ordering. Automatic checkout rates are not available for this area. We do not offer international delivery through this shop.
Availability and delivery timing
Stock information comes from our latest supplier import and may change between updates. It describes supplier availability, rather than stock held at our Christchurch premises.
Dispatch and delivery timing depend on product availability and your address. Contact us for an estimate before ordering if you need an item by a particular date. We will contact you if an ordered item is unavailable or an unexpected delay arises, to discuss an agreed alternative or a refund.
Missing, delayed or damaged deliveries
Please contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of damage and packaging can help, where available. We will work with the supplier and courier to resolve the issue. Your applicable consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
